Product description

A set of 2 elastic, latex resistance bands of different thicknesses and resistance levels, primarily used for strengthening leg and arm muscles. The main task of the band is to create resistance that must be overcome. This means that we provide the muscles with additional work, making the exercises more effective. The thicker the band, the higher the degree of difficulty of the exercises performed.

The tapes are illustrated with basic exercises that can be performed. This helps people who have little experience with this type of training.
