Additionally, 7 cm rollers and an adjustable treadmill inclination angle of up to 15% confirm the treadmill's designation as Premium class equipment . Two high-resolution LCD displays with blue backlight (STN contrast) designed to visualize two training parameters simultaneously, and function buttons on the handrails for quick changes in speed and treadmill inclination angle for greater comfort of use.

The Nautilus T628 treadmill has built-in heart rate sensors in the support rails, which enable wired measurement. The treadmill also comes with a telemetry belt for wireless heart rate measurement .
