Abdominal oblique muscle exercise
Take a sitting position. Cross your legs, place the AB Toner between your thighs and body, straighten your waist and back. Bring your right arm forward, twist your body to the left and tighten your abdominal muscles. Move your body forward and stay in the lowest position for 5 seconds, then slowly rise to the starting position. Repeat the exercise by crossing your left arm and twisting your torso to the right.
Exercise for the rectus abdominis muscles
Take a sitting position. Cross your legs and place the AB Toner on your legs. Lean your torso against the AB Toner, tighten your abdominal muscles. Move your body forward and stay in the lowest position for 5 seconds, then slowly rise to the starting position.
Biceps and upper chest exercise
Place your hands on either side of your body and bend. Grab the AB Toner and squeeze it inwards, then relax your body and repeat the exercise.
Lateral torso muscles exercise
Sit comfortably on the floor, tense the lateral core muscles, place the AB Toner on the floor, keep your body close to the device. Supporting yourself with one hand, press the device to the lowest position, then slowly rise to the starting position.
