Remember not to start kettlebell exercises with a heavy weight, and do a warm-up and stretch before training. At the beginning, choose a load that you can exercise with freely, to work on your technique. This will help you avoid injuries caused by overload or improper position. You can easily adjust the weight using the knob under the handle. The kettlebell has 5 options for changing the load: 4.5 kg; 6.8 kg; 9 kg; 11.3 kg; 13.5 kg.
