Product description

The BB 718 push-up handles from Body Sculpture are perfect for home workouts. You don't have to go to the gym to effectively increase the strength and endurance of your muscles. Just doing push-ups helps strengthen your shoulders, biceps, triceps, arms, abs and even thighs. Performing this exercise on the handles guarantees that your muscles will work even harder because you can go lower than the line of your hands. Thanks to this, you will strengthen the deep muscles of the torso, chest, improve your stability and balance. The BB 718 handles have a special design that allows you to perform exercises in three different ways. They do not take up much space, they are lightweight, so not only can you easily store them at home after finishing your workout, but you can also take them with you and exercise in any chosen place.

Sample exercises:

Push-ups with bent knees
Set the handles vertically on either side of your body at shoulder height. Get into a push-up position with your head facing the floor. Bend your knees and lift your calves and feet up, keeping your ankles close together (you can cross your ankles to make it easier). Slowly lower your body, keeping your knees bent, your calves and ankles together, and your feet pointing up. Lower your body as close to the floor as possible, keeping your elbows out to the sides. Raise your body back to the starting position and repeat.

Push-ups
Set the handles vertically on both sides of your body at shoulder height. Get into a push-up position with your head facing the floor. Straighten your entire body, supporting yourself on your toes. Slowly lower your body as close to the floor as possible, keeping your elbows alongside your body, keeping your back straight with your abs pulled in and your buttocks squeezed. Raise your body back to the starting position and repeat the exercise. Alternatively, you can do the exercise with an exercise ball.

Sitting Lift
Sit with your back and legs straight. Set the handles vertically on both sides of your body at shoulder height. Slowly lift your body off the floor while keeping your legs and back straight. Slowly lower your body while maintaining the correct position until it touches the floor. Repeat.

Notes on use:

1. If you have any doubts as to whether your health condition allows you to do the exercises described above, consult your doctor. Such advice is also essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

2. Observe how your body reacts to the training. Exercising incorrectly or too intensively can be harmful to your health! If you feel pain or pressure in your chest, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, nausea or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately. If the symptoms described persist, consult a doctor.

3. The device is intended for adults only. It must not be used by children.

4. Place the handles on stable, flat surfaces.
