QUICK-CHANGE KEYS: The quick-change speed and incline keys are located in an easy-to-reach place, making it convenient to change them during training while maintaining a smooth running pace. They are silicone, backlit and large, making them easy to press while running.
TRAINING PROGRAMS: The console has 9 training programs, including interval training, fat burning, target heart rate and manual. This will help you find the right workout for you, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.
USER PROFILES: The console can store up to four user profiles, so your workout data is safe when someone else starts working out. In addition to tracking your progress, you can motivate each other to train regularly and compare your achievements.

HEART RATE MEASUREMENT: Pulse measured using sensors placed on the handles, or a telemetry belt, will allow you to train in the appropriate heart rate zone to achieve even better results. Please note that measuring pulse using sensors/sensors placed in the product provides approximate (indicative) results. The equipment is not a medical product. To obtain more accurate results, we recommend using a telemetry belt.
