Instead of buying 16 pairs of dumbbells, now you only need one, the load of which you can adjust to your current training needs.
An additional advantage is access to a free, specially dedicated app that will help you perform exercises correctly and guide you through training plans so that you can effectively work on individual muscle groups. The dumbbells connect to it via Bluetooth®, so the app automatically records sets, reps and weight.
SPACE-SAVING: SelectTech 560 is all about saving space. Thanks to the load-changing system, you only need one pair of dumbbells instead of 16. This means that you can replace the entire weight rack with top-quality, aesthetic and compact dumbbells. The durable material that covers the metal plates ensures gentle storage and a quieter workout.
SETTING THE WEIGHTS: You change the load with a single movement of the wrist. Just turn the handle to the right or left to set the appropriate weight. Thanks to this, using one device, you can lift 2.3; 3.4; 4.5; 5.7; 6.8; 7.9; 9.1; 10.2; 11.3; 13.6; 15.9; 18.1; 20.4; 22.7; 24.9 or even 27.2 kg. The possibility of adjustment by small values allows for safe, gradual building of your strength.
APP: The specially dedicated free Bowflex SelectTech® app gives you access to exercise videos. You will learn to maintain proper posture during training, and perform valuable work on specific muscle groups. Training with Bowflex SelectTech 560 dumbbells is over 70 exercises! In addition to ready-made programs, you can prepare an individual one, selecting exercises for the appropriate muscle groups.
