iFit is currently the fastest growing fitness platform in the world. Today, training is conducted by over 200 certified trainers from around the world, and the library has almost 11 thousand videos recorded in HD quality. The workouts are divided into different types of activities: walking, running, climbing, cross-country walking, cycling, rowing, elliptical exercises, general development, yoga and other activities.
Each training session is led by a professional trainer who provides ongoing instructions on how to perform the exercise, tells interesting stories about the place he is in, and motivates you to give 100%.
The training library is extensive and extensive, and filtering them is easy and intuitive. In search of the perfect set of exercises, you can set your favorite trainer, the place where you want to train, the type of training, time or its intensity. If you have a Bluetooth chest or wrist heart rate belt, you can use it for iFit training. The latest update introduces the Active Pulse HR Training option. This means that the treadmill or bike will automatically find your measuring device and adjust the training so that you are in the appropriate heart rate zone. Adjusting the training is both a decrease or increase in speed and incline of the device that supports it. As a result, the same training will be more demanding for a person with better physical condition or easier for a less trained person.
During training, the Leaderboard appears on the right side of the display, displaying other participants taking part in the race. You can watch as you climb up and gain the next place in the race. Feel like a competitor and motivate yourself to beat other users.
In iFit you can start a Playlist that will accompany you during your workout. Users have access to several playlists, ranging from energetic, motivating for cardio and strength training through rock, to calm and soothing music ideal for meditation and yoga or stretching, to help you focus and relax.
Each of your workouts is a treasure trove of knowledge. You can view your statistics both during and after your workout. You can see the percentage of the route you have covered, time, pace, and estimated calorie burn. This allows you to analyze and improve your results.
It is important that the user has access to the Internet. Only with an active connection of the equipment to the WiFi network will it be possible to use iFit training. If the connection is inactive, the user will only be able to use manual mode.

As in the basic version, we have the option of using workouts in different categories, but the number of programs, their duration and variety is much greater. Each workout (except for the manual mode and the one designed by the user on the map) is led by a trainer who instructs how to run or what technique to use during exercises.
OUTDOOR TRAINING: Trainings are divided into different types of activities: walking, running, jogging, cycling, elliptical exercises and general development exercises outside the purchased equipment. The user can choose from categories such as: training series (long section divided into shorter films), speed training, weight loss, intervals, endurance. While running with a trainer, he encourages you to continue training, and also tells you the history and interesting facts about a given region. He constantly instructs you on how to run, what to watch out for, what running technique to use depending on the terrain. The treadmill itself adjusts the speed and incline according to the route you are running, but you can constantly adjust it (reduce or increase the values) at your discretion.
CALORIE BURN: The main idea of the programs is to gradually increase the elevation and speed to maximize the calorie burn. The programs involve hill climbs at the maximum incline.
INCLINE CHANGE: Incline workouts are hill climbs or incline training. The program is characterized by high variability (from negative to maximum value) and frequency of elevation changes. The goal of the training is to increase the VO2 max and make running easier on a variety of terrain.
STUDIO CLASSES™: These workouts allow users to participate in group classes in their own home. Trainers and other participants perform various exercises and tasks on specific equipment.
