GK214 HMS is a lattice bar. It is characterized by many handles, and therefore, many possibilities of diversifying the grip during exercises. Thanks to this solution, we can engage the muscle in various ways to work and grow. Changing the grip from wide to narrow causes the muscle to stretch more or less during the exercise. In turn, the intermediate - oblique grip will help activate all muscle attachments. The special handle arrangement makes the exercises convenient and comfortable in every case. Knurling prevents the bar from slipping out of the hands.

Using the GK214 we will perform an exercise for every muscle group, and introduce significant variability to the standard straight bar.
