The elliptical trainer's equipment includes: 22 levels of magnetic resistance , adjustable inclination angle from -5° to +15° , non-slip skids and ergonomic, long handles that provide comfort even for taller users. In addition, the 5" LCD display allows you to track key training parameters. With an iFIT membership, you gain access to over 11,000 video workouts led by professional trainers.

Completed workouts can be marked as favorites, added to the calendar, and rated. Each workout has a description of the location, route profile (elevation), and the pace at which the trainer moves.

iFit 2.0 and Membership Types

The PRO version is designed for users with touchscreen devices, which allows you to use all the interactive features directly on the device. TRAIN membership is designed for users of non-touchscreen devices, offering one full access to iFit tools and focusing on individual user performance.
