TOMAHAK 2.1 is dedicated to larger cars, due to its expedition purpose. It is perfect for 2-person teams who value comfort, durability and solid workmanship. COMFORT FOR 2 PEOPLE

Inside there is a mattress measuring 200 x 120 cm and 5 cm thick. This is enough surface area to provide comfortable sleep and rest for two people. The mattress is made of comfortable memory foam and a removable cover.

There is an anti-condensation mat under the mattress. This is a special layer that is designed to limit the condensation of water vapour. During the use of the tent, especially when the outside temperature is lower and the inside is warmer, moisture in the form of water vapour begins to condense on cold surfaces, including the roof tent material. This can lead to the formation of moisture, mould and fungi, which in turn can negatively affect the condition of the tent and the comfort of use.

The anti-condensation mat works on the principle of a breathable membrane. This layer has microscopic porous holes that allow water vapor to pass through while retaining water droplets.

INTERIOR OF THE TENT

The inner part of the cover is covered with a soft car lining, to which various accessories can be attached with Velcro, such as bags, pockets, lighting, power banks, etc.

The set includes two luggage nets and two large pockets. They have Velcro on one side, so you can change their arrangement as you like. We have also included permanent LED lighting with adjustable light intensity. Just connect a 5V power source via a USB connector. You will find two additional smaller pockets for accessories on the inner walls of the tent.

Car felt is a durable material that does not discolour, breathes well, is not harmful to the environment and does not cause allergies.

The tent also appears larger than it actually is thanks to the extra space provided by the covered entrance and large window openings.

SPEED OF FOLDING

Most people traveling with roof tents, when they arrive at the campsite, immediately start setting up the tent. They are tired from the journey, it takes a long time and requires a lot of energy, sometimes it is already dark and there are other duties that require attention.

In the TRIANGLE series tents, you think about pitching last, especially when the weather is bad. Just open the two zippers, push the cover up and, depending on the model, put on the tension rods or the roof.

DURABLE AND AERODYNAMIC DESIGN

The frame structure uses T-SLOT technology, which allows for the installation of additional accessories such as: shovel and axe holders, mounting eyes for ropes and luggage nets, gangway holders and lighting, awning and roof mounting. T-SLOT technology is an innovative way of connecting structural elements. It involves the use of special aluminum profiles that have characteristic "T"-shaped recesses. Due to the ease of assembly and disassembly, such structures can be quickly and easily modified, which makes them very flexible and universal.

This solution provides endless possibilities during the expedition. Additionally, in the event of mechanical damage to any of the tent components, it allows for quick replacement of the mount, actuator or hinge.

An additional advantage of the tent is its weight. The tent weighs 75 kg, which makes it fit most standard roof bars.

 

VENTILATION AND WATERPROOF

The tent is made of durable RIP-STOP fabric with a density of 280G and a water resistance of 2000 mm. The material will easily withstand several hours of heavy rain. Such fabric parameters guarantee that it will be waterproof, resistant to mold and mechanical damage, and will also provide you with proper ventilation and access to fresh air inside.

The RIP-STOP technique means that a thread of stronger fiber has been added at regular intervals. This improvement additionally prevents the material from tearing. The zippers at the window openings have also been secured so that water does not get inside.

Remember that the breathability of the tent depends on the ventilation inside. That is why in the TRIANGLE tent series we have installed additional ventilation holes that regulate the outflow of warm, moist air and reduce condensation in the tent. If necessary, you can cover them with a material attached with Velcro. If you notice that water is collecting on the walls of the tent, you should open the ventilation windows and/or open the windows additionally.

TROPIC

The stretched flysheet creates a roof over the entrance and window openings. It provides protection from rain and excessive sun. You no longer have to close all the windows during unfavorable weather.

The flysheet is made of Oxford 420D fabric and PU waterproofness of 2000-3000 mm. This material is characterized primarily by high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Oxford 420D is made of nylon or polyester, which is impregnated with a PU coating (polyurethane), which makes it waterproof and protects against moisture. The fabric is also characterized by a good appearance and elegant finish. This material is easy to clean and maintain, so keeping it in good condition is not a problem.

ACCESSORIES

For your comfort and space, the tent comes with a large bag in which you can store your shoes or other essential items. Inside the tent, in its upper part, there is an LED strip, which you can turn on by connecting a power bank to it. It allows you to illuminate the interior and makes it easier to move around in it after sunset. The LED strip uses very little energy, so you don't have to worry about it suddenly going out unexpectedly.

The tent also comes with a foldable aluminum ladder. It is light, handy, and doesn't take up much space.
