PRB01 HMS is a set of two reflex balls. They are used for training speed, coordination and precision of strikes. They are mainly used in boxing training. They will also be useful in other combat sports, as well as in any sports discipline where the speed of hand reaction plays an important role. They will work well as a warm-up before a fight or as an interesting complement to training.

With PRB01 HMS, precision and speed exercises will be possible anywhere, because the set takes up very little space, so it is easy to take with you. It contains two balls, of different weights. The weight of the ball is selected depending on the level of advancement.
