In iFit you can run A playlist to accompany you during your workout. Users have access to several playlists, ranging from energetic, motivating for cardio and strength training through rock, to calm and soothing music perfect for meditation and yoga or stretching, to help you focus and relax.

TRAINING PROGRAMS - VERSION WITH ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP:

As in the basic version, we have the option of using workouts in different categories, but the number of programs, their duration and variety is much greater. Each workout (except for the manual mode and the one designed by the user on the map) is led by a trainer who instructs how to run or what technique to use during exercises.
FIELD TRAINING: The workouts are divided into different types of activities: walking, running, jogging, cycling, elliptical exercises and general development exercises outside the purchased equipment. The user can choose from categories such as: training series (long section divided into shorter films), speed training, weight loss, intervals, endurance. While running with a trainer, he encourages us to continue training, and also tells us the history and interesting facts about a given region. He constantly instructs us on how to run, what to watch out for, what running technique to use depending on the terrain. The treadmill itself adjusts the speed and incline according to the route we are running, but we can constantly adjust it (reduce or increase the values) at our discretion.
CALORIE BURN: The main assumptions of the programs are to gradually increase the height and speed in order to maximize the calorie burn. The programs assume climbs at the maximum incline value.
INCLINE CHANGE: Incline workouts are hill climb exercises or incline training. The program is characterized by high variability (from negative to maximum value) and frequency of altitude changes. The goal of the training is to increase the VO2 max and make running easier on a variety of terrain.
STUDIO CLASSES™: Thanks to these workouts, the user has the opportunity to participate in group classes in their own home. Trainers, along with other participants, perform various exercises and tasks on specific equipment.
STRENGTH TRAINING: The trainer helps you perform effective strength training. You can choose exercises for the upper or lower body, abs, and the whole body.
REGENERATION: A set of workouts that support the body's regeneration process. The user can choose from yoga, stretching and mobility exercises, as well as regenerative walks or runs.
INTERNATIONAL: Collection of workouts available in Chinese, Italian, Spanish and French.
TRAINING ON THE MAP: In the version with an active iFit membership, we can choose places we know or would like to visit. An additional advantage of programs with maps is the ability to follow our run on a map, satellite view or Google Street View photos.
