The backrest and seat are adjustable, you can set them in a total of 66 configurations. Thanks to this, you can comfortably and effectively work on selected muscle groups. All you need is a bench, a barbell and dumbbells, so you can increase your strength, endurance and sculpt your figure.
You can set the barbell handles at a height convenient for you, depending on your height and the exercises you want to do. This is made possible by safety hooks that you can freely adjust. Adjustment allows you to adjust the height of the barbell and its distance from the bench, making it even more versatile. Additionally, the stand is equipped with two weight handles that will allow you to keep your home gym neat and tidy. The stand also has handles for training bands.
The bench also comes with an adjustable preacher bench with a barbell holder, which you can remove if necessary.
Both the bench and the prayer book are covered with foam and an aesthetic, modern-looking material. Blue inserts with the Proform logo make the product even more attractive.
