The Proform Olympic bench with stand is a basic piece of equipment for your home gym. You can set the backrest at 6 different angles. This allows you to comfortably work on selected muscle groups without having to buy other equipment. All you need is a bench, a barbell and dumbbells to effectively increase your strength, endurance and sculpt your figure.
The maximum load of the bench is 277 kg. It has four foam-covered leg locking handles, and there is space to place a maximum of 68 kg of weights. Thanks to this, you can also do a strong leg workout while sitting on the bench. You can place the handles on the barbell stand lower or higher, depending on what exercises you plan to do.
The bench is covered with foam and aesthetic modern-looking material. Blue inserts with the Proform logo make the product even more attractive.
Remember that you should warm up before your workout to reduce the risk of injury. When working out with a barbell, it is important for your safety that someone is ready to help you finish lifting the last rep.
