The 500 SPX spinning bike by Proform is equipped with all the parameters and functions necessary for a solid cycling workout. The biggest advantage of the bike is the 18 kg flywheel driven by a belt. Thanks to this weight, the equipment is stable and produces high resistance, and the belt drive guarantees quiet operation.
The resistance is set manually using the crank on the frame. Thanks to easy adjustment, each user will perform a workout tailored to them, regardless of their level of advancement.
QUICK ACCESS KEYS: Set the training data displayed by the computer using two buttons. This will allow you to control the parameters in real time.
TABLET SHELF: The large shelf will fit most standard tablet models. This allows you to use the iFit app while cycling. With an iFit membership, you get access to over 11,000 video workouts with personal trainers and automatic incline adjustment depending on the chosen route. iFit gives you the opportunity to test all the platform's functions for free for 30 days.

In iFit you can start a Playlist that will accompany you during your workout. TRAINING PROGRAMS - VERSION WITH ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP:

As in the basic version, we have the option of using workouts in different categories, but the number of programs, their duration and variety is much greater. Each workout (except for the manual mode and the one designed by the user on the map) is led by a trainer who instructs how to run or what technique to use during exercises.
OUTDOOR TRAINING: Trainings are divided into different types of activities: walking, running, jogging, cycling, elliptical exercises and general development exercises outside the purchased equipment. The user can choose from categories such as: training series (long section divided into shorter films), speed training, weight loss, intervals, endurance. While running with a trainer, he encourages you to continue training, and also tells you the history and interesting facts about a given region. He constantly instructs you on how to run, what to watch out for, what running technique to use depending on the terrain. The treadmill itself adjusts the speed and incline according to the route you are running, but you can constantly adjust it (reduce or increase the values) at your discretion.
CALORIE BURN: The main idea of the programs is to gradually increase the elevation and speed to maximize the calorie burn. The programs involve hill climbs at the maximum incline.
INCLINE CHANGE: Incline workouts are hill climbs or incline training. The program is characterized by high variability (from negative to maximum value) and frequency of elevation changes. The goal of the training is to increase the VO2 max and make running easier on a variety of terrain.
STUDIO CLASSES™: These workouts allow users to participate in group classes in their own home. Trainers and other participants perform various exercises and tasks on specific equipment.
