PYBS01 HMS PREMIUM is a set of four soft plyometric boxes of different dimensions.

PYBS01 HMS boxes are made of durable materials that make them solid, yet soft enough on the outside to protect the exerciser from possible injury caused by impact. By tipping over each box, we get three different heights, and at the same time a different training surface. The elements can be freely combined with each other and placed one on top of the other, without worrying about the possibility of tipping over. This gives the possibility of continuous progress in skills and training. The boxes will withstand even the most intensive training, they are also resistant to sweat and moisture.

The main use of plyometric boxes, as the name suggests, was and is plyometric training. The aim of this training is to increase muscle power, and therefore increase training possibilities. This training finds its application in every sport discipline that requires speed, agility and reflexes. Boxes can of course also be used for many other exercises, not related to plyometrics.
