TK631 NILS TREKKING POLES

Product description

TK631 Nils are poles with a telescopic structure, allowing for quick and easy adjustment of their length depending on the user's height. TK631 Nils poles have a non-slip and ergonomic handle made of special material with an adjustable strap. TK631 Nils are equipped with an internal anti-shock cushioning system, absorbing vibrations during hiking and providing joint protection even during intensive walking (there is a possibility to turn off the cushioning system). The poles are designed for mountainous areas with both hardened and soft surfaces.

Trekking is a sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system, and also significantly improves the efficiency of our body. During walking with poles, the muscles of the buttocks, calves, thighs, as well as the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen work. Engaging such a large group of muscles has a positive effect on increasing our overall physical fitness.

The set also includes plates for trekking and Nordic walking poles. The plates prevent the poles from digging too deeply into soft, muddy surfaces. The TN103 Nils model is ideal for walking on soft surfaces such as mud or sand.
