iFit is the absolute leader in the training app market. It is currently the fastest growing fitness platform in the world. Therefore, they are constantly working on improvements that will encourage users to train even more and make their physical activity more enjoyable. A change in the rules of membership is planned for April 8, 2024. Two types will be introduced: Train and Pro .
Train Membership
It is designed for users who want to use the iFIT app on their own smartphone/tablet, or use Bluetooth syncing with NordicTrack or Proform devices without a built-in monitor. With this membership, users get access to the following features:
SmartAdjust : Adjusts the speed, incline, and resistance of your workout based on your instructor's content and exercise history to keep you in the right cardio zone.
App Integration : Access content and features from third-party providers including Strava, Garmin, Fitbit and Apple Health, with more to come.
iFIT Library : Over 10,000 cardio, strength and recovery workouts available on your own phone or tablet.
Pro Membership
It is aimed at users who wish to use the iFIT app on the touchscreen of their NordicTrack or Proform equipment, as well as use the app independently on a smartphone/tablet. With this membership, users gain access to the following features:

Additionally, one Pro membership allows access for up to 5 people, making it ideal for families.
Information for current users
Family Membership : Users who currently have a Family subscription will be automatically upgraded to the Pro tier. They will pay the same price as before while still receiving all the benefits of a Pro subscription.
Individual Membership : Users who currently have a subscription will continue to have it, paying the same price and keeping the exact same features they currently have. They will not be moved to Train or Pro memberships.
