The Premium ADAC-12233 push-up handles from adidas allow you to deepen your workouts and increase their intensity. They are ideal for home workouts. You don't have to go to the gym and use complicated equipment to work out your dream figure. Just doing push-ups helps strengthen your shoulders, biceps, triceps, arms, stomach, and even thighs. Doing them with the help of handles increases the intensity of your workout, forcing your muscles to work harder.
The solid steel construction of the product guarantees its stability, making the exercises safe. The rubber ends of the wide base ensure that the product does not slip or move during even the most intense workouts. The handles are covered with foam, which makes the exercises comfortable. 14 cm of height allows you to lower the body during push-ups, force the muscles to work intensively, and diversify the training.
Examples of exercises for different muscle groups:
1. Chest: classic push-ups on handles positioned parallel, slightly wider than shoulder height.
