The plates are made of the highest quality materials . They are covered with a special, thick rubber that absorbs every impact - so that when they fall, they do not damage the ground. BBR HMS plates achieve, depending on their weight, from 75 to 96 points on the Shore scale . This means that these plates achieve much greater durability than cheaper, rubberized plates available on the market.

Each plate is calibrated in weight and dimensions . This means that the weight of the disc must be within +0.5% and -0.5%. The inner diameter has been adapted to Olympic bars. Precise workmanship ensures stability of the weight during intensive training.
