The BB 015 stabilizing disc is designed to strengthen the entire body and to train balance. Its studded, non-slip surface forces correct posture and balance. The balancing disc is suitable for people of all levels of advancement. Additionally, exercises on this device are helpful as a complementary training for runners, swimmers and other athletes. Balancing on the disc allows you to improve the stabilization of the body muscles. A huge advantage is that you can use it in many exercises. It can also be used as a chair cushion.

Sample exercises:

1. Maintaining balance: Stand on the disc on one leg for 30 seconds. Then switch legs and repeat. Gradually increase the time to 60 seconds. To increase the level of difficulty, you can close your eyes.

2. Strengthen your arms: Use dumbbells to perform a typical set of arm exercises while standing on the disc.

3. Squats: Standing on the disc, bend your knees and lower your body until your knees are bent at 90 degrees. You can hold the squat for 15 or 30 seconds, or do 20 reps without stopping. You can increase the difficulty by adding weight.

4. Push-ups: Do push-ups while keeping your hands on the disc.

5. Crunches: Sit on a balance disc, bend your legs and place your feet on the ground. Lie on the ground, then tighten your abs and push yourself up towards your knees. Lie back on the floor and repeat 20 times. Once this exercise is easy, you can try spreading your legs or holding your feet in the air.
