The BW 7922 adjustable dumbbell by Body Sculpture has been designed to make strength training as optimal as possible for our body. You can easily change the load you want to exercise with, which means you avoid extended breaks devoted to adding or subtracting weight. With the adjustable dumbbell, you can fully use the breaks between exercises to rest and gather strength before the upcoming effort.

You can set the dumbbell weight to one of five levels: 4.5 kg; 9 kg; 13.5 kg; 18 kg and 22.5 kg. The set includes a stand to keep the weights safely in order.
