Product description

The BR 3010 rower is the latest model of the Body Sculpture rower available in our offer. The natural rowing movement harmoniously shapes, among others, the muscles of the legs, back, arms and abdomen. The ergometer engages up to 95% of the muscles. The device is designed to imitate the movement of rowing on water, which is why the correct technique is very important during exercises. During training, the rower engages, among others, the muscles of the abdomen, back, arms, legs, buttocks and chest. It is ideal for beginners who want to improve their condition and general fitness, but also for advanced athletes. Training on a rower allows you to quickly build muscle mass, burn calories and improve physical fitness, along with improving the work of the circulatory system and respiratory capacity.

BR 3010 has an innovative resistance system. It is based on rubber cords. Resistance is adjusted by connecting additional cords. The seat is comfortable, so you can comfortably focus on performing exercises correctly. The bar is covered with pleasant-to-touch foam, which prevents calluses after a hard workout.

The computer with a clear display allows you to control parameters such as time, distance, calories burned and the number of movements performed. It also has a scan function, allowing you to alternately display training data.

The rower can be easily folded and stored in a vertical position.

How to exercise properly on a rowing ergometer?

1. Sit on the saddle with your legs bent, as close to the flywheel as possible. Set your shins perpendicular to the floor, straighten your arms. Lean your torso forward slightly.

2. Start straightening both legs – then the saddle will start to move back. Remember: the work of the legs is the most important. Keep your arms straight and loose while pushing with your legs. Join them in the movement only when the handle is above the knees.

3. When your legs are completely straight, pull the handle to your stomach with your hands while leaning back slightly.

4. Return to the starting position by performing the entire movement in reverse.
