How to exercise properly on a rowing ergometer?
1. Sit on the saddle with your legs bent, as close to the flywheel as possible. Set your shins perpendicular to the floor, straighten your arms. Lean your torso forward slightly.
2. Start straightening both legs – then the saddle will start to move back. Remember: the work of the legs is the most important. Keep your arms straight and loose while pushing with your legs. Join them in the movement only when the handle is above the knees.
3. When your legs are completely straight, pull the handle to your stomach with your hands while leaning back slightly.
4. Return to the starting position by performing the entire movement in reverse.
