Set of 3 elastic resistance bands BB 103 by Body Sculpture in different thicknesses and resistance levels. The bands are primarily used for strengthening leg and arm muscles, although they can also be used for stretching exercises. The bands have a closed loop shape, they are easy to put on legs or arms.

Using bands will additionally load our muscles, making the exercises more effective. The main task of the band is to create resistance that must be overcome. The color of the band indicates the level of resistance, and therefore the higher level of difficulty of the exercises performed.

When doing exercises with bands, remember to keep the movement smooth and the resistance adjusted to the physical abilities of the person exercising. Be careful not to block blood vessels by tightening the band too much. When starting training with bands, perform exercises with the least resistance and gradually increase the intensity and resistance as your physical fitness improves.
