The Bowflex 3.1S training bench is a new model from the Bowflex brand bench series. Its design confirms the general philosophy and goal of the Bowlex brand, to provide products that, with maximum efficiency, take up a minimum amount of space. It is therefore a perfect solution for those who do not have much free space, but care about home workouts. The bench fits perfectly into any home gym, enabling comfortable and effective training. Additionally, after training, thanks to the quick folding system, we can fold it in such a way that it takes up only 50% of the previous surface. INCLINATION ANGLES: 4 inclination angles allow you to work on different muscle groups. The setting can be changed with a single button and adjusted to your training needs. Thanks to the quick adjustment system, we can move on to the next exercise very quickly. Available bench inclination options are -20°, 0°, 45° and 90°.
