DD14 HMS is a multifunctional product that combines a pull-up bar with parallel bars for push-ups and abdominal muscle exercises.

Depending on how the product is screwed to the wall, it will also have such utility - a rod or a handrail. The assembly is very simple, so maneuvering between variants will not be a problem.

The bar combined with the bars allow you to perform two powerful exercises: pull-ups and push-ups on the bars, or so-called dips. These exercises strongly develop two groups of antagonistic muscles, i.e. the latissimus dorsi muscle with biceps and the chest muscles with triceps. Dips also engage the deltoid muscles. In this case, the bars have also been equipped with a special backrest and armrests, allowing for comfortable performance of exercises that develop abdominal muscles, e.g. pulling the knees to the chest.

The bar allows you to change your grip, thanks to the fact that it has been equipped with additional handles. It is therefore possible to pull up not only with an overhand or underhand grip, but also with a neutral grip. This solution allows you to engage the muscle to work at a different angle, which results in a strong, symmetrically shaped muscle.

The DD14's undoubted advantage is the ability to hang a punching bag. The bar has a specially designed handle for this. Training with a punching bag will be a great variety in any sport, it is also an ideal form of cardio exercise. The handles that the product has can also be used to attach training bands, such as TX30.
