DWL2503 HMS is a multifunctional exercise ladder. The set consists of four elements, the combination of which will allow you to perform a workout that includes every muscle group, the upper body.

The DWL2503 consists of a ladder, a bar, dip and abdominal bars, and a bench. The ladder is the main element that is screwed to the wall, and the rest of the set is attached to it. However, this is not its only use. Using the ladder, it is possible to perform many strength and stretching exercises. In addition, it works great in combination with resistance bands.

The bar combined with the bars allow you to perform two powerful exercises: pull-ups and push-ups on the bars, or so-called dips. These are two exercises that strongly develop two groups of antagonistic muscles, i.e. the latissimus dorsi muscle with biceps and the chest muscles with triceps. Dips also engage the deltoid muscles. In this case, the bars have also been equipped with a special backrest and armrests, allowing for comfortable performance of exercises that develop abdominal muscles. Thanks to the bench, we can easily perform exercises with dumbbells or a barbell. In this way, training with your own body weight can be easily enriched with additional load.

DWL2503 is, above all, a solid construction and the highest quality materials. Durable, strong steel guarantees stable positioning of the ladder and allows for a maximum load of 150 kg. Assembly of all elements is very simple, and the possibility of placing both the bar and the handrail at different heights will allow you to adjust the equipment to the user's height.
