DWL9867 HMS is a multi-functional exercise ladder. The set consists of four elements, the combination of which will allow you to perform a workout that includes every muscle group, the upper body.

The DWL9867 consists of a ladder, a bar, dip and abdominal bars, and a bench. The ladder is the main element that is screwed to the wall, and the rest of the set is attached to it. However, this is not its only use. Using the ladder, it is possible to perform many strength and stretching exercises.

The bar combined with the bars allow you to perform two powerful exercises: pull-ups and push-ups on the bars, or so-called dips. These are two exercises that very strongly develop two groups of antagonistic muscles, i.e. the latissimus dorsi muscle with biceps and the chest muscles with triceps. Dips also engage the deltoid muscles. In this case, the bars have also been equipped with a special backrest and armrests, allowing for comfortable performance of exercises that develop abdominal muscles. A bench will also help in working on abdominal muscles.
