The Concept 2 RowErg club rower with the PM5 monitor has long been considered the world's best rowing ergometer. The unique design of the ergometer, appreciated by everyone from the casual user to the professional athlete, perfectly reflects the rowing movement and allows for a comprehensive workout in a way that does not cause any injuries.
Compared to previous Concept2 rowing ergometer models, this model has a modified PM5 monitor arm and a new smartphone/tablet holder in the set. This version of the ergometer differs from the "tall legs" version only in the supports (legs).
Rowing training
The natural rowing movement allows you to harmoniously shape the muscles of your legs, back, shoulders, buttocks, arms and abdomen along with improving the work of the circulatory and respiratory systems. The air resistance used in the ergometer is an interactive load regulator that allows the ergometer to be used by a wide range of users regardless of gender, age and training. The spiral throttle allows for easy adjustment of the air flow to the flywheel. The design of the flywheel minimizes noise.
