F1044 HMS are straps for occlusive training.

Training consists of blocking the blood supply to the muscle, simultaneously introducing it into a state of hypoxia, or lack of oxygen. Through such action, we can achieve muscle hypertrophy, while using a very small load. However, we must remember that the exercise with the band cannot last longer than 5 minutes, without a break.

Occlusive training is very often used in rehabilitation because, thanks to the low load we use, it is non-invasive for the joints.

F1044 have a convenient buckle, thanks to which we can easily put them on without the help of another person. The numbers placed along the strap will facilitate the symmetrical arrangement of the bands, on both arms or legs. They are packed in a handy bag, thanks to which we can easily take them with us to training and avoid losing them.
