FH04 is an adjustable hula-hoop with waist-massaging protrusions and a gravity ball for fitness. It allows you to train your core muscles while massaging your waist. How does FH04 work?

FH04 is incredibly simple and intuitive in its operation. The whole thing is based on the work of a gravity ball inside a closed rail. The hips work in the same way as in a traditional hula-hoop, but thanks to the adjustment of the circumference to the waist, the hoop does not fall and even beginners are able to train effectively.

We open the loop using the hooks. Then, to connect the next elements, we need to slide one element into the other so that the protrusions hit the appropriate holes. When reducing the elements, we need to grab the appropriate element with one hand and squeeze in such a way that the protrusions come out of the holes. Then we need to slide the rail with the gravity ball into the loop, close the magnetic clips and it's ready.
