How does FH07 work?

The operation of the FH07 is very simple and intuitive. The FH07 is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (load). When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force starts to work, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles into a state of tension.

Adjusting the hula hoop circumference

Quickly and conveniently reduce or increase the size of the wheel, just unplug or plug in as many elements as you need. FH07 has a total of 20 elements. The size can be set from 14 to 20 elements, i.e. waist circumference from 72cm to 130cm (loop diameter: 23cm to 42cm). Thanks to this, the device will never fall during training, so even beginners can use it.

Strap adjustment

An additional advantage is the ability to change the length range of the gravity ball strap. It ranges from 14 cm to 30 cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during exercises, i.e. the greater the weight and the higher the level of difficulty of performing turns.
