GOP 150cm HMS is a straight Olympic bar with spring clamps. To ensure a secure and comfortable hold, its gripping part is carefully knurled. The set includes two spring clamps. Clamps of this type guarantee a stable position of the load on the bar during exercises. The device is ideal for strengthening the muscles of the upper body, bench training and lifting. The straight Olympic bar is suitable for exercises using weights with a 50 mm diameter hole. The safety of training is guaranteed by special sleeves. The diameter of the bar is 28 millimeters (25 mm in the case of GOP 120) ensures high durability and comfort of exercise. The chrome plating process of the bar guarantees the preservation of its appearance for a very long period of use, and is also the best protection against rust.
