Thanks to this, the device will never fall during training, so even beginners can use it.

The assembly is done using clips. Simply press the clip to pull out or insert an additional element. Then you need to insert the rail with the gravity ball into the loop, adjust the length of the strap and you're done. It is important not to pull out the element in which the sensor responsible for providing data is located.

Adjusting training intensity

An additional advantage is the ability to change the length range of the gravity ball strap, which allows you to adjust the intensity and difficulty level of training - the longer the strap, the more force you need to put into the training. Adjustment options: from 20 cm to 38 cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during exercise, i.e. the greater the weight and the higher the difficulty level of performing turns.
