How does HHMS HW01 work?

The operation of the HHW01 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (load) attached. When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force starts to work, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles into a state of tension.

The loop is opened using magnetic clips. Then, to connect the next elements, you need to slide one element into the other so that the protrusions hit the appropriate holes. When reducing the elements, you need to grab the appropriate element with one hand and squeeze in such a way that the protrusions come out of the holes. Then, you need to slide the rail with the gravity ball into the loop, close the magnetic clips, adjust the length of the strap and you're done.
