How does HMS HHW02 work?
The operation of the HHW02 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (load). When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force starts to work, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles into a state of tension.

Training and massage in one
During the 360-degree movement, the heads located in each segment of the hula hoop alternately press on the body, which causes an additional massage effect, providing a pleasant feeling. The loop is opened using clips. Then, to connect the next elements, you need to slide one element into the other so that the protrusions hit the appropriate holes. When reducing the elements, you need to grab the appropriate element with one hand and squeeze it so that the protrusions come out of the holes. Then, you need to insert the rail with the gravity ball into the loop and close the clips. Thanks to its compact size, the HHW02 is easy to carry, so you can take this product with you anywhere.
