This elliptical trainer has a magnetic brake, 20 resistance levels with electronic adjustment from the user's handle without taking your hands off during training. 10 training programs, handles with sensors for measuring heart rate or measurement via the BT module, adjustable foot platforms and transport wheels integrated in the front base.
