IFIT HEART RATE MONITORING BAND
Do you want to achieve better results, but your workouts are no longer bringing the desired results? It is important to train in the right heart rate zones. Chest straps or wrist heart rate watches have been available on the market for a long time, and you can use them.
NordicTrack and ProForm equipment has long been compatible with telemetry belts, but the purchase was the responsibility of the user. Imagine getting your long-awaited treadmill and suddenly realizing you don’t have the right heart rate sensor. Feel the frustration? Add to that the time spent searching for a belt that will definitely connect to your new equipment.
iFit decided to meet the needs of future customers and created its own armband, which will allow you to measure your heart rate during training. It is narrow, lightweight, and made of soft material. Thanks to this, it allows you to comfortably perform training without worrying about interrupting the pulse graph. The strap is sweat-resistant, so it does not slip off your hand during exercise. The band uses a Bluetooth® LE (BLE) connection. Data measured by the band is displayed on the console or in the application (depending on the equipment you are training on).
Remember that the iFit platform has introduced the Active Pulse HR Training option. This means that the treadmill or bike will automatically find your band and adjust the workout so that you are in the right heart rate zone. Adjusting the workout is both a decrease or increase in speed and incline of the device that supports it.
