The L5704 HMS is a freestanding bench designed for dumbbell and barbell exercises. It is also ideal in combination with a Smith machine or a stand.

Thanks to a special handle and transport wheels, its position is very easy to maneuver. The bench has 8 levels of backrest adjustment and 3 levels of seat adjustment.
