MGL50 HMS is 100% magnesium carbonate, i.e. magnesia.

Magnesium prevents sweating of the hands and increases friction, which will allow for a stronger and more secure grip. Used in the gym, where sweaty hands are associated with the risk of injury or contusion. Thanks to it, when exercising with dumbbells or a barbell, we do not have to worry about the equipment slipping out.

MGL50 is liquid chalk, its application is very simple, just spread it on your hands and wait for it to dry. It takes a short while. Its advantage over chalk or powder chalk is that it leaves no traces and does not dirty the equipment around us.
