SOFT CAHAYA 160 is the bigger brother of the 140 model – ideal for those who need a little more space. This is a solution for people who want to enjoy the comfort of sleeping while traveling, the durability of materials and the quick preparation of a place to sleep. The tent is intended for two people, but a family with one child will also sleep comfortably.
Traveling with a rooftop tent is a way to be completely independent – you don’t have to look for a campsite or book accommodation. You simply stop where you want, set up the tent and enjoy the evening by the campfire or the morning with a view of the mountains.
COMFORT FOR 2 PEOPLE
The interior of the SOFT CAHAYA 160 was designed with the comfort of two people in mind, but thanks to the width of the mattress of 155 cm, it will also successfully fit additional accessories or a bag of clothes. The mattress measuring 236 × 155 × 6 cm is made of soft foam, which guarantees comfortable sleep regardless of the terrain conditions. The length of 236 cm is a huge advantage for taller people who often complain about the mattress being too short in other models.
There is an anti-condensation mat under the mattress, which is designed to reduce moisture condensation inside the tent. This is especially important during cold nights, when the temperature difference can cause water vapor to condense. Thanks to this, the interior remains dry and the tent lasts longer without signs of mold or unpleasant odors.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
The floor of the tent is made of Honeycomb aluminum plates - a lightweight but extremely durable material used, among others, in aviation. Thanks to this, the structure can withstand a static load of up to 300 kg, which ensures safety and stability. The entrance to the tent has been designed in a way that allows it to be completely covered - even in heavy rain, water does not get inside. This solution will be especially appreciated during capricious weather.
The weight of the tent is 68 kg – it is recommended to have a second person help it to be placed safely and correctly on the roof rack.
DURABLE PVC COVER
The SOFT CAHAYA 160 does not have a rigid shell – instead, it is equipped with a durable PVC cover that protects the tent during transport. The thick material protects the tent from rain, sun, dust and mechanical damage, and solid zippers and fastening straps prevent accidental opening.
The cover is easy to use – just unzip and remove the cover to set up the tent. After bivouac, the cover can be easily zipped back up, securing the tent for the duration of the trip.
WEATHER-RESISTANT MATERIALS
The tent is made of 280G polyester-cotton fabric, which provides good ventilation and resistance to changing weather conditions. The 420D Oxford fabric flysheet with a PU waterproof rating of 2000–3000 mm guarantees protection even during heavy rainfall.
Oxford fabric has been impregnated with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which means it does not absorb moisture and dries quickly. The color of the tropics - usually dark - absorbs sunlight, so the interior heats up faster on cold mornings.
TIP: Before the season, it is worth impregnating the flysheet with a special agent that will extend the life of the material and maintain its full waterproof properties.
FUNCTIONAL SOLUTIONS
The tent comes with a shoe bag – attached externally, it helps keep the tent tidy and protects the interior from dirt. Inside, you will also find practical pockets for accessories – useful for small items that are worth having at hand.
The aluminum ladder attached to the top of the tent makes it easy to set up, and thanks to its lightweight construction, it is easy to use and transport. This simple but well-thought-out solution increases the functionality of the tent for everyday use.

Why is our brand OFFLANDER ?
The name was created from a combination of two concepts that are close to us: offroad and overlanding . OFFROAD is freedom and independence, overcoming obstacles, sometimes lacking a plan or sleeping under the stars. OVERLANDING, on the other hand, is more planned travel, with family and friends, camping on campsites, traveling on gravel roads, without overcoming more difficult obstacles. The new name is to refer to the style of traveling and the new assortment that we are happy to design for you.
