The appropriately adjusted belt weight means that the BH Fitness treadmill engine is not overloaded during training. The upper structure of the belt ensures safe and comfortable running for the user, while the sliding fabric used on the underside of the belt ensures that the treadmill lubricant is properly distributed over its surface. In this way, the belt is not exposed to high friction and works freely with the treadmill engine.
