Both dips and classic arm curls in support very strongly engage the chest muscles, triceps and the anterior deltoids. Thanks to the lower handles, it is possible to perform a very strong arm curl during the push-up. Thanks to this, we stretch the muscle much more strongly during each movement, which as a result affects its faster growth. On the upper rails, the position of the body depends on whether we engage the chest or triceps more. If we lean forward during the exercise, the most engaged muscle will be the chest, but if we maintain a straight position, we will focus on the triceps.
