PWS08 Multifunctional Stand
The PWS08 Multifunctional Stand is a multifunctional training station from HMS. The stand is equipped with a barbell holder and safety hooks, thanks to which you can safely and independently perform strength training with additional weight , while the bar and rails can be used for calisthenics training , i.e. using your own body weight. The rails can also be used during exercises with a training bench. The rails, barbell holders and safety hooks can be adjusted in height.
The whole thing is made of steel, making it durable and strong, and the large width of the base allows for dynamic training under heavy loads. The maximum load of the handrail is 200 kg.

The easy-to-use 14-step height adjustment system of handles, rails and hooks allows you to completely adjust the stand to your needs.

Plate holders
The stand is equipped with additional hooks for storing plates and a bar holder. They make it easier to keep the gym tidy, reduce the space taken up by the equipment and make it easier to change the bar load.

PWS08 has exceptionally well thought-out double handrails. Double handrails allow you to adjust the width of your hands - so you can train more muscle groups. The bendable bar allows you to train with 4 different grips .

The stand is not only durable and functional, but also stylish. The combination of black powder-coated steel with red elements gives a great visual effect that is characteristic of the HMS brand.
Safety and comfort
Home gym floors are often made of panels or tiles. For this reason, the PWS08 is equipped with four large rubber pads that provide stability and safety. All protruding screws have caps
Easy to assemble
The whole thing comes in two packages containing everything needed for assembly (key, screws and caps, plugs) along with clear instructions in Polish. The time needed for assembly for one person is about 15 minutes.

Using the stand, you can perform exercises for almost all major muscle groups:
Chest – Wide Grip Dips
Abs – hanging leg raises, oblique leg raises, knee raises.
Triceps – narrow grip dips.
Shoulders – Military Press, Arnold Press.
Back – barbell rows, wide-grip pull-ups.
Biceps – pull-ups on the bar with a narrow grip.
Legs – barbell squat, asymmetrical barbell squat (lunge), toe raises.
