The PYB01 HMS is a soft plyometric box.

The PYB01 HMS box is made of durable materials that make it solid, yet soft enough on the outside to protect the exerciser from possible injury caused by impact. By tipping the box over, we get three different heights, and at the same time a different training surface. The box will withstand even the most intense workouts, it is also resistant to sweat and moisture.

The main use of plyometric boxes, as the name suggests, was and is plyometric training. The aim of this training is to increase muscle power, and therefore increase training possibilities. This training finds its application in every sport discipline that requires speed, agility and reflexes. Boxes can of course also be used for many other exercises, not related to plyometrics.
