The 65 cm Reebok gym ball is suitable for people with a height of 170 - 185 cm. It is made of non-slip material that supports grip during training. The anti-burst technology used during production means that a punctured ball slowly releases air, which prevents the risk of injury. The ball has a slightly weighted base, so it will not roll on its own during training.
Exercises with the ball are an ideal way to increase the effects of daily workouts. During the exercises, different muscle groups are activated that would not be active when exercising on a flat surface. It is suitable for squats, back exercises, stretching and many more.
