SR80 HMS is an adjustable dumbbell . The set includes a bar, 10 plates and a stand. The device is an ideal solution for people exercising at home, but it will also work well in the gym, replacing an entire rack of traditional dumbbells.
The innovative plate mounting system allows for a very quick and easy change of load during training. Unlike traditional dumbbells, removing and installing the plates does not require unscrewing the clamps and putting on and taking off the plates every time. In the SR80, all you have to do is put the barbell on the stand and use two knobs to set the desired load. After lifting the barbell again, the plates corresponding to the selected setting will be on it.
