UCG01 HMS is a barbell holder. Using it, we can perform exercises with the so-called half barbell. In this way, we will perfectly complement the classic training. We can easily perform rowing, shoulder presses, and many other exercises for every muscle group. The vertical and horizontal joint allows for any movement in any direction.

The UCG01 is attached to the floor with four screws, making it very stable. Its shape allows it to be ideally placed in the corner of a room.

The grip can be used for an Olympic bar with a sleeve diameter of 50 mm or for a bar with a diameter of 28 mm.
